The second generation of the T3 Active Shooter Response Plate Carrier is your answer to a bad situation that has gotten much worse. The lightweight, adjustable plate carrier features a fastek buckle cummerbund for ease of entry when seconds count. It comes with 2 removable M4 magazine pouches and a tourniquet pouch located in the kangaroo pouch. It comes with a convenient carry bag for quick grab-and-go situations.
